Assistant Director | OSHC | South West Sydney The Quick Details: As Assistant Director, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day rhythm of the service. From helping run Vacation Care, to supporting programming, quality, and compliance, you’ll be trusted to lead, but never expected to carry everything alone. About the Role: You’ll work three days on the floor , with flexible time for admin and work-from-home options throughout the week. Rostering (via Deputy), team support, and operations are shared closely with the Director, who is calm, experienced, and people-focused. What your week might include: Helping guide the service’s daily operations Supporting the team with programming, wellbeing, and quality Leading Vacation Care planning and delivery Working collaboratively with the Director on staffing, culture, and systems Admin time and flexibility to manage your workload meaningfully About the Service: Well-established OSHC service licensed for above 100 Stable, experienced team with strong school and family relationships Clear leadership structure and supportive culture, grounded, warm, and collaborative Systems that work, space to grow, and leadership that listens Your own office, plus flexibility to work in ways that support the children, team, and you About You: You’re ready to lead with clarity and care.
